Removing Content from Our Directory

While we don't host content, we can remove listings from our directory. If you believe a listing on our site violates your rights or our policies, please contact us with the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• The URL of the listing on XHubTV you wish to report
• A description of your concern
• If applicable, proof of your rights to the content in question

DMCA Notice Requirements

For formal DMCA takedown notices, please include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
3. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We aim to review and respond to all valid takedown requests within 48-72 business hours. If additional information is needed, we will contact you promptly.

Contacting Partner Platforms

For content removal from the actual hosting platform, you will need to contact that platform directly. Each of our partner platforms has their own DMCA and content removal procedures. Removing a listing from XHubTV will not remove the content from the hosting platform.
